About the Initiative
nextbike Cyprus operates the leading bike-sharing system in Limassol, with 500 conventional bikes and 200 electric bikes already serving 82,106 registered users. Since the 200 e-bike fleet implementation in 2025, the e-bike vs conventional bike usage ratio was increased to 4:1. Our vision is to deploy 1,000 e-bikes across the city, making Limassol a model zero-emission city in the Mediterranean. With 351,719 rentals and 1,209,231.60 Kms covered in 2025 alone, the demand for sustainable micromobility is surging.
